free permit short walk fantastic location room size tiny bathroom hard access
steph, the host, sorted the parking with a free permit. this permit worked on the street. the guesthouse was a short walk to the seafront. the location was fantastic for getting around.
the room didn't have enough space. the bathroom was very tiny. it felt hard to use because of the size.

a romantic getaway
great choice fresh bread
Steph's attention to detail. i loved the little extras she provided, like toothbrushes and razors. It showed she really cared. the breakfast was fantastic, a great choice of cereals, yoghurts, and a full english. she even bakes her own bread, it was delicious?

excellent stay!
beachfront location parking permit locally sourced items quality toiletries
The location was perfect, close to the beachfront and a short walk to the town centre. stephanie, the host, provided a free parking permit, a real plus. breakfast offered many choices. I especially liked the locally sourced items. the room included quality toiletries. I even found a toothbrush (which i had forgotten).
the bathroom was a bit on the small side, though functional.

the room featured a tv and dvd player along with tea, coffee, and chocolate facilities. a fridge with water and fresh milk. soft fluffy towels and toiletries were provided in the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel included. it was beautifully decorated with seaside-themed items.

the hotel is a very short walk (about 350 yards) from the seafront. there is easy access to buses, shops, and restaurants from this location. free parking is available nearby with the provided permit.

Stephanie is friendly and cute. She makes an effort to ensure everyone feels comfortable. breakfast includes a choice of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, croissants, and a full english option. stephanie bakes her own bread (both white and brown).

fabulous room fresh milk delicious breakfast small bathroom limited space room size
stephanie welcomed me and showed me to my room. it was a fabulous room with everything i needed including fresh milk in the fridge and snacks. stephanie was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. i enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit.
the room was not very large especially the bathroom it was small. i found it difficult to move around easily. the bathroom needed more space to be comfortable.
